These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, but do not affect your statutory rights.

Any orders placed mean you have understood and agreed with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions you should leave this website immediately. We may change these terms and conditions at any time, please check for updates. Nothing said by any representative of Lily Blue will operate as a variation of these terms and conditions or will constitute a legal representation.

Ordering

When you have ordered some of our fabulous stock, we will send an email confirming your order. However no contract between us and yourselves will be accepted until the order has been processed and paid for and we have sent an email notifying you of despatch.

Please keep a copy of these emails for your records. Sometimes prices and availability of goods may change without notice, however we try to prevent this.

We can only accept orders for items which are in stock. We try to keep all products in stock at all times, however at times we may be out of certain stock during busy periods. If this happens we will contact you and either send the items when available or refund the purchase price only. We reserve the right to refuse to supply to any person for any reason.

Returns Policy

We hope you enjoy shopping with us and we like happy customers, our returns policy mirrors this.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled prior to despatch via e-mail or by contacting 01562 883945 Monday to Saturday 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Without incurring any penalty. Please provide your name, address and order reference number. Should you wish to cancel your order after delivery, you must return the goods unopened at your own cost and risk. We suggest you request free proof of posting for your own security.

Returns of orders for ear rings or pierced items will only be accepted in the original packaging with the Lily Blue sticker intact.

Cancellation of Chocolate orders must be received before despatch.

Returns

We hope you will be happy with your chosen products however if you have changed your mind return of goods must be made within 28 days of receipt of goods. Goods can be exchanged or refunded. Please complete and enclose the Returns form supplied with your order.

Goods for refund must be complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse items which are marked or appear to have been used.

We will process your refund, less any initial postage charges, within 28 days of receipt of the returned goods providing you have followed the above procedures and time frames. Refunds will be paid to the card used at point of order. The cost of returns is at your own expense and risk, we advise you to obtain a free proof of postage. Any sale items will be refunded for the price paid.

If the item was a gift only the original purchaser can return the item and receive an exchange or refund.

We are unable to accept return of ear-rings or pierced products. We are unable to accept the return of edible items.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect orders.

We hope your order arrives in good condition after our thorough checking, however should any part of your order arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect please contact us by e-mail or in writing within 14 days of receipt of goods. Damaged, faulty or incorrect goods will be exchanged or refunded. Refunds will be made within 28 days of receipt of goods, we will refund delivery costs incurred on faulty, damaged or incorrect orders.

Chocolates and earrings or pierced items can only be returned if faulty, damaged or incorrect.

This does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection (Distant Selling) Regulations 2000.

Payment and Taxes

All transactions are processed through Paypal.

All prices are inclusive of V.A.T. At the current rate.

Please do not send any payment information over email as we cannot guarantee security of details sent in emails.

Sometimes we may have offers or promotions which are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. No cash alternatives are available. If we have listed an item at an incorrect price we will contact you as soon as possible for your instructions. If you do not respond within 5 days we will cancel the order.

Delivery

We like our local post office and all deliveries are sent through them.

We offer Standard delivery, and Next Day delivery to the United Kingdom

Please keep all documentation if you receive goods which are damaged, battered or broken and contact Lily Blue on 01562 883945 as soon as possible.

After leaving the factory all goods are insured by our forwarder against damage, if you do receive damaged goods, please retain all relevant documentation so that an insurance claim can be made against the forwarders insurers. If you receive a battered parcel, note the fact on the delivery note, even before you open the package to examine the contents. If you are unable to open and inspect a package in the presence of the forwarder, make sure that you sign for it as "Unable to inspect goods on delivery" or similar to warn the forwarder that a claim may be forthcoming, for goods with a value over £500 we require that any damages are noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery, all other damage claims must be reported to us within 2 days of taking delivery.

Payments are made online through a secure environment by credit card or debit card. Your credit or debit card information is not seen by us. This information is securely captured directly by our payment service provider Paypal.
